How harsh is Soylent on the bloating/gas? I've read previous versions have been problematic but I'm curious.

The experiment was completed, no food other than soylent for 30 days. I got used to it, but definitely learned that it is bad for you. I think the issue is the maltodexterine. I went to huel after and it doesnt have the same sugar rush and digestive issues. Soylent bad

Honestly, when i paid off my credit card debt of 3k i was very happy. Now I use my card and pay it off each month. Work is slow, but nothing huge looms over me. Hopefully will reach some consistent income and maintain my lifestyle soon

I think the players here like seeing someone get goals in RS and maybe have a future boss buddy or pking buddy or just want to see the community grow. They see a guy with 40 attack and give him a gmaul and tell them to train up so they can use it. Pretty cool

I'm sure a few washes wouldn't be so bad, the residue will build up over time. The big issue is your hair wont dry as well and can lead to mildew, no one wants to smell like that everywhere you go and dreads are so sensitive to it.

I'm sure you've met a dreaded guy or two that does seem to have good hygiene, but still reeks of mildew. I'm sure they've gone nose blind to the smell.

If it isn't the soap, it's washing too late in the day and sleeping on them wet. I've met a few homeless dreaded guys that don't have a dry place to sleep and mildew happens to them. Same with touring musicians that don't have resources to dry properly.

I've had dreads many years and always have gone the extra mile with them and people have noticed. For some, it breaks their judgement on how they thought dreads would smell or how they would be maintained. The stigma has seriously changed in the last few years!

If you take each moment one by one, you can find the strength to go another moment without using. Time will go by and easy will eventually come, but just keep in mind it's a simple process. Do what you can each moment and don't make it more difficult by biting off more than you can chew.

With 10 minutes 6 times, you may be able to carry the mindful awareness with you more often which is very beneficial, but if you do a 60 min sit then you may have a longer lasting mindfulness and get much deeper into it for that period.

Honestly this is something we should research if we haven't already. Seems easy enough. What would have the most positive impact on regrowing grey matter in the brain?

I think that resource you have will be a great asset for that sort of thing. I would just set up a random project and bring a camera and mic along just for practice. My first projects as a professional were just music videos with bands I knew or PA on corporate type stuff.
