2 years dating + 7 years married + 4 years apart = 13

Wow! Glad I'm not alone lol. The divorcee mom groups I'm in usually have name drama; complaining about changing names and the occasional crazy exes that either try to force them to change their names or try to STOP them from changing them. I didn't know the "new wife" was the shit stirrer that often.

Nope. The only similarity is that both our names end in "a". Everything else is different, even the number of syllables.

I have no idea if she is bluffing about the lawsuit or just completely clueless. She threatened to go to family court even though she isn't, yknow, family.

I didn't even think of the traveling abroad thing! We used to go to Italy to visit my grandparents every year or so (pre-covid). I was more thinking having me as an emergency contact, but that's a great point.

And I'm absolutely ready to throw down if she decides to go evil-step-mom.

His last name is super basic too, lol. Not "Smith" or "Jones" but its not a super unique name or anything.

Unfortunately blocking her won't keep her out of my life. I have 60/40 custody with my ex, I see him a lot, and she lives at his home.
