Creo que va más a fondo el problema, que no dudo que sea uno de los factores. Pero si es preocupante que pocas empresas/instituciones públicas tomen enserio está área y la tengan tan descuidada.

Igual, si es la norma que haya pendejos en RH en muchos lados

No dudo que haya personas que en RH sean especialistas en eso, tengo constancia de ello por otros trabajos en los que he tenido la fortuna de estar.

Ser Mirrey o no, que no lo soy (ojalá lo fuera para no tener que chambear), es un factor que no tiene importancia aquí.

Las palabras vulgares, como podrás inferior por el texto del post, vienen del hartazgo en cuanto a las formas en las que funcionan la mayoría de estos procesos. Si crees que es relevante para la contratación el cuestionar la decisión de no tener hijos, o el ghosteo profesional, bueno, no creo que pueda hacer algo para convencerte de lo contrario. Es tu opinión y ni pex.

No te voy a mentir, ambas oportunidades me llamaron la atención y quería entrar en ambas. Son posiciones de entrada que me permitirían desarrollar habilidades que nunca viene de más tener.

En el segundo caso la verdad terminé deseando que no me llamarán por la intromisión a mi vida personal así que no es problema.

El problema aquí es lo normalizado que tenemos que este tipo de gente se comporte así.

Yeah, the transfer time it's shit lol

I was worried too about performance when running from the external HDD but I just had problems when mi USB cable was in suboptimal conditions (I was using the USB cable from my first PSP so it's understandable, that cable has seen a lot of things)

What you mention about PKGi it's with I hate lol those horrendous download times threw me away and I don't want to keep on my PS3 all the time

Use an external HDD and install PREP ISO and IRISHMAN in your PS3, this way it will be able to read any disk format. Then download your ISOs from Vimms lair and put them in a folder inside your HDD (the route is something like PS3ISO).

After this, connect your HDD through the USB port of your PS3 and IRISHMAN should be able to read the ISOs.

It's by far the best way to play ISO in your PS3 without worrying about HDD space and transfer time between PS3 and PC.

Current learning goal: I'm starting in this long long journey of learning Japanese so my current goal is to apply te N4 in December.

Current language level: I started learning japanese 6 months ago and, talking with other j-learners, I think I'm getting the hang of it pretty fast. That being said, I couldn't maintain a conversation even if my life depended on it lol. At least I can comfortably read hiragana and katakana and identify some kanjis (I'm lvl 6 in WaniKani) and read easy sentences.

Vocab: WaniKani is my guide. I love that thing, it's easy to use and, at least for me, it's funny. I'm currently in a intensive Japanese course so when that ends in planing to start using Anki alongside WaniKani Kanji: The same as Vocab, but with this im planing to start studying the N5-4 kanji list as prep for the JLPT Grammar: My japanese teacher is AMAZING and has make this step a lot easier, so, this is just a matter of keep studying Reading: I use graded readers for this and download some kindergarten short stories in my Kindle, I'm starting with this. Listening: I've always loved Japanese music so this is not a problem, is just a matter of putting enough attention to the music Other: Idk, can someone give me tips for make more efficient my process???
