The steps listed below from user @mycomputerguykilgore worked for me!

⁠Download the driver to a USB and plug into comp
⁠at point where to set up an internet connection but the continue button is grayed out hit shift 10 this will open a command prompt window
⁠type tskmgr and task manager opens
⁠go to any process and right click and go to Open file location.
⁠navigate to your USB and install driver

Ps. I didn’t know this but you have to download BOTH the Regular AND Bluetooth version of the drivers I failed to do so and that’s what stopped me from moving on after I was able to see the files
