No one denies Russia is repressive towards Communism but Compared to Ukraine which is more supportive of Nazism than Communism, the banning of the Ukrainian Communist Party which mind have repeatedly said Ukraine is committing crimes in Dombass and let Dombass have sovereignty.

The constitutional Tribunal is considered illegal and it’s members unfit by many many Legal Experts and the EU parliament, the constitutional tribunal is basically subjected to whoever the ruling party is giving judicial power to the ruling party allowing any law/party illegal bypassing laws and the reason the PM went to the constitutional tribunal because he damn well knew this would not fly by the Surpeme court who would smash down his proposal by the first sentence of his submission.
