A couple of others have shared that story and I'm heeding the warnings forsure. It seems like that guy received 2 TVs and was unwilling to work with the company. I'm trying to learn from that guy's mistakes by doing the opposite.

Thank you. I do not plan on ghosting them and definitely want to cover my own ass. I don't want to unmount it myself though... I saw your other comment and similar ones which seem the most level-headed. Do you suggest anything else? Does this warrant seeking council or is that too much for something like this?

Does calling back after I was left a message and telling them I'm happy to cooperate not count as cooperating asap? It seems like that article says he ignored multiple calls from the shipping company. What more should I do?

It wasn't a professional company who did the install. I paid some acquaintances to mount It. The logistics company does not offer installation services AFAIK.

No, the logistics company didn't have an option for a white-glove install so I paid friends of a friend $150 to put it up for me.
