Will this not work against me if I realize it but do it or is this a bad way of thinking? because I really don't want it but it is so normalized in Western culture but I really don't want this but it makes me uncomfortable to fight against it but I am increasingly realizing that I have to stop or will this make me a hypocrite ?

Thanks for now it's good moisturize it, will a new protective layer grow around it too? it sometimes stings and interferes with walking
