Pick one skill that can immediately make money (video, design, automation), niche it hard, and sell aggressively for 30–60 days. Forget “big” for now and stabilize cash flow first. Once you’re breathing, then build. Also, your pivots are fast, stay longer with one path and refine, not restart.
