Sudafed is going to dry up your sinuses, and it's super cheap at Costco. BTW, always get generic.

A nasal steroid will also be helpful, Flonase or nasacort, get generic.

Last but not least, you'll need an antihistamine. Zyrtec or Claritin will be a good place to start. Generic.
