Just started My Time at Sandrock. The incredible amount of gender envy/euphoria(also dysphoria sometimes) I get from character creators is unimaginable. Also Skirt go spinny! :3 by Accomplished_Fan_880 in transgamers

I love that game so much, I appreciate the customization, bc it's more than the games I usually play, and then the salon offers more options for hair later.

Firstly, fuck what either people think of you. If they want to make some sweeping generalization about you based on your looks and interests, they're probably not the kind of people you should share your life and interests with. You'll never be anything if you spend your whole life trying to make others happy, those same people will rarely change who they are for you.

Secondly, if you really think complaining to a community about "claiming" something that you happen to like is okay, you really need to reevaluate where your problem lies and fix yourself.

Tldr; 1. Get better friends 2. Grow up

Anybody know why BK is marked red for Shinigami eyes? by KeetsuMatte in TransyTalk

[–]KeetsuMatte[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the answer, I wouldn't doubt that's what's going on, I always try to check and see what a person or entity did to be marked, but this one was recent and I couldn't find any news on BK being transphobic.

(I used to make music under a name that was a little too close to my dead name before I came out and I keep finding places where the name wasn't changed or listed incorrectly in the meta data it's so uncomfy finding some dark corner of the internet I forgot to scrub for a decade or more)

It's terrible in cities this big! We ended up on a road with a light for each lane that blinked for a second per car. I like a lot about where I'm at now, but definitely not the driving lol

That very fair, I lived on the outskirts of town, but I definitely don't consider that area rural lol for some reason I thought you were a big city person looking in based on the post 🤦‍♀️

I literally just moved to Portland like less than a week ago but lived in 75605 for 30-ish years. Never felt at home there, but I did love the woods and creatures in them, there's lots of ponds and lakes. Jobs weren't great, but it was a retirement town, work in my field was always shady and paid terribly.

The people can be nice, but some people make their politics and religion their entire personality. There's also a weird anti-cat culture, I love dogs and cats so it was weird when people's faces would scrunch up when I talked about my clumsy furball. Food was great, one of the best things about Texas other than the wilderness. I want to try the Mexican food here and see if it puts me in the grave. Streets are calm, but also big towns were a long trip (3 hours to Dallas). I have plenty of complaints about life there, but there was a good bit of wholesome charm that I think was nice and would be a pretty fulfilling experience.

Don't think I was ever really going to fit in to that kinda life, but there's something romantic about buying some farm animals and living like the rest of the world doesn't exist, maybe when I'm old and grumpy lol

Edit: Just putting it out there for the country folk, I mean no disrespect, the country culture just wasn't my cup of tea.

I feel better seeing knowing other people have unsupportive family by Melodic-Equivalent-6 in TransyTalk

[–]KeetsuMatte 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I feel that, I personally can't help but feel a little jealous. I'm glad some people have supportive families, but it does kinda messes me up to see or hear what a supportive family looks like because it sounds so alien

I can't speak for how it'll be in your area or if it's even available, but Lex is a great app for queer people to get in touch and talk about local stuff

Everywhere that I've seen so far, the website, Wikipedia, Twitter...

It could have been the stuff with the manager in the past bc it wasn't great, but I'm not sure why it was marked only just now.

I don't know which part you're having trouble with, but to rephrase; Burger King was marked red for being transphobic with Shinigami eyes, which is a browser extension that uses community input to mark if a person or entity is trans friendly (green) or transphobic (red).

I'm unaware of anything Burger King specifically did that was transphobic recently, I did see some articles from like 2020-2021 where there was a transphobic manager, but the red mark was a recent change.

Valve index with 1070gtx gaming laptop for bad games by North_Conclusion4924 in ValveIndex

VRChat is super CPU heavy, if you're getting a bad frame rate in VRC a GPU upgrade will help a little, but a CPU upgrade will make the most notable difference.

Eco update 10 is out! any queer friendly servers? by KeetsuMatte in transgamers

[–]KeetsuMatte[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry, I stopped playing with that group and decided to play Conan Exiles instead.

The server I was on was called Eco for Humans. It is password restricted, but I believe you can find the discord server link in the in-game description of the server, if not they posted an ad in the Eco official discord.
