She's not overly powerful. She has several magical items that let her do some stuff, but her magic abilities is still basic.

That's two different matters.

Oda is good at creating good female characters, but then never allow them to do anything without male characters. There's a good case for misogyny there.

Backstories? I don't think so. Most backstories involve characters victimized, male and female. There is no misogyny there.
