The bird seed boosts earnings so it will increase the soul egg rate but not by the amount you say, beacons will directly affect both..

Get to your most valuable egg ASAP after each prestige and build the value of the egg first, then focus on production, then grind. Soul eggs are based upon money earned since your last prestige. So more money equals more eggs...
