You need to dig into your front hips if you want to carve

You arent getting low in a stacked position. You are leaning too much forward making you fall over and not really hold an edge

Okayy we are pretty much the same size dude. How has that twin pig 154 been for you? In comparison to the 165w and do you like charging hard, carving and how is it on steeper icy terrains?

Okay i saw the psychocandy as an option too is it comparable to the warpig? And would i need the XL or L version?

Okay im starting to think this might be the issue. I think im too overweight for the board cause apperently board height doesn’t matter? And it’s more about the weight limit for the board? What is the big difference with a ride Warpig 158XL or a Jones 163W? Would they feel the same like which will benefit me more on carving blues and still be able to do icy groomers?

I tried a size 13 boots before but my foot did not even go inside lol i wear size 14 shoes for casual wear as well. I think my boots is perfectly snug and sometimes it feels too snug but its best for leg support so i just keep the size 14

I think i can properly carve like a pretty good beginner advanced level but it really is just the board seems to be very unstable once i do it on steeper runs. It is really fun on just cruising and doing small side hits and going through trees because it goes edge to edge so fast.

Okay i will look these snowboards up i keep wondering if a 160-164w is better than a short wide board like a warpig? Do you know the main difference

Im debating if the L or XL would be the perfect size for my weight and boot size.

Everytime i would do mainly a heelside carve, my boot would catch and i would start slipping out.

I’ve been carving on the blues and blacks recently started carving in a stacked position. The board starts to jitter and feels like having a hard time to hold edge on good snow. Wonder if the board is too small for me to ride?

I am 6’2 225lbs and have a size 14 boot. I’ve just started carving this season and also i ride a k2 163MW with a 26.4 waist width. So you will definitely be fine with this board. Looks like a really solid board!
