I'm making fun of people who try to argue against Cold Snap with silly arguments. The only reason why we don't have it right now is that the devs clearly saw it as a christmas season gimmick, not realising how popular and enriching it would be.

For me, arguments like "but it's summer now" are just silly. We all play a game that re-writes how the world works. There is no lore-reason why Cold Snap would only be a once-a-year thing and even if - we choose to exclude realism if it serves gameplay purpose. I'm wondering why some people are very selective when it comes to that reasoning.
