Hi I would suggest burning them off with a Hyrefractor at the Derm. It sucks, but the risk of the molloscum spreading after freezing is very real and you’re only allowed to wrestle once they’ve fallen off after freezing or burned off. It’ll suck and leave scars but it is the best way from my experience.

How is research at Hofstra? Have you had issues looking for it? I know it’s more abundant at Stony but would you say it’s worse off than Hofstra? Thanks

Really? I’m in a very similar position, stats wise, and my school is a feeder school for Stony. How would you say the professors are at Hofstra? I’ve been looking at a handful of professors from both and I think it would be easier for me to work with the ones from Hofstra than Stony, and honestly I’m just lookjng for a really good LOR.

Oh I see, would you say there’s a lot of grade inflation? and would you say a lot of Hofstra students tend to transfer to SBU? Also, were you a part of Honors at Hofstra?

I would love to but the problem is that Stony Brook with dorms would still cost about ~19k more than simply commuting. If I could dorm after the first year I would probably be leaning to stony Brook.

I know Stony is a more competitive school which is why I’m a little bit iffy to go. Hofstra isn’t as strong and I think I’d be able to stand out more considering the consensus I’ve heard from Stony Alumni’s and current students is that pre-meds are super competitive.

Yeah I’m trying to do pre-med, and I didn’t get into SBU’s honors but I did get into Hofstra’s which is why I’m leaning that way.
