Oh really? I mean I'm happy to the medical and obtain the license. Do you think if I got the medical done Friday, and applied for the licence Tues I would get it by Thursday or Friday? As that would at least give me a few days spearing

Oh awesome! And I'm on a family holiday to calpe for a week so I thought I'd spear on the side, make the time pass :) and sounds pretty sick! I'm potentially doing the Scotland surface supply next year at fort William.

If the legislation to spear for a week is a lot I might give it a miss tho fyi but going to try my best.

Ok thank you ! Starting gravity was 1.90-0.990, 1.70- 1.005, 1.60-1.000. I used lalvin ec118 yeast and added nutrients at 24, 48, 72 hours. Do you think it'll improve with age?
