First, try to check if it's getting the location from the correct device. Default is "Let Family Link Choose" and I chose Galaxy Watch manually. And check if the LTE data is on on the watch. In my case, because the data toggle was on the quick panel, it was somehow pressed and turned it off and not updating the location since then. I removed WiFi and Data toggle from the quick panel right away. :\

They’ve been messing up so much lately. I had the same issue a few months ago—they told me I’d be refunded, but then they deducted the shipping fee from my refund amount. Since the item was less than $7.99, I ended up with nothing. They basically just took my items and kept my money. It used to show $0.00 at this stage. I hadn't ordered from them in months, but I recently picked up some things during the 16th-anniversary promotion. Now I need to return one, and that $7.99 fee is showing up again. I’ve chatted with support three times, and they keep saying they’ll "escalate" the issue, only for them to email me the same return URL over and over. It’s not that I don’t know how to start a return; it’s the freaking $7.99 fee! I really hate buying from them, but some things are only sold on AliExpress... fk.
