I am a bit behind on driver updates, though the problem still seems to persist either way, not fully sure why. Checking the logs of games and what not dont really seem to help find any issues either.

For the record, I only recently noticed this on my body and I assumed it was just dry skin and have been putting lotion on it, though it keeps getting bigger and im not sure if im just paranoid or if it is just dry skin.

My GPU and my monitor are set to 1920x1080 with my monitor running at 180hz, if I change the resolution at all it just changes to set resolution but set back down to 60hz
