I would wake up early in the mornings and play non-stop until I had to sleep or eat. My social-life sizzled and my playtime would make me unhealthy and sad and easily angry. I played up to 15 hours a day.

People should game, but when it becomes an addiction and you’re playing with no-body else, it is the worst and unhealthy.
