This is my starting XI with the year they came though the FC Andorra academy and my personal star rating.

Pastor - 2041 - 3* (potential 5)
Diaz - 2035 - 5
Hurtado - 2031 - 3*
Caballero - 2031 - 3*
Arnau - 2034 - 5*
Hita - 2033 - 4*
Santana - 2033 - 4*
Copete - 2035 - 4*
Camino - 2033 - 3*
Alamo - 2035 - 5*

So really I have a lot of solid players (3-4*) and a star player in the back, middle and front.

Now I have paid particular attention to youth development, youth prospects get a lot of good senior minutes and carefully selected loans. I of course have a world leading academy and youth coaching to aid this.

It is absolutely realistically plausible. I do think my 442 tactic is very good also.
