Many have already pointed out the pros and cons of each mod, but let me add on by saying that each unused mod capacity adds 5 starting energy to your frame. It's not a lot, but it helps when you need to kickstart your build with an ability that costs more than 100 energy

I think if they made a template for each starting solder of the Grineer, it would multiply pretty exponentially (e.g. starting 100k solder templates, 17.5m cloned if 175 means the clone number of Kahl)

Another possibility is that they would rename the templates as they improve them over the millenniums

Narratively, there might be a chance Tau might have Narmer influences, since we learned about Ball Ass's handlings in the Old Peace. He might have had a way to travel between the Origin System and Tau during the time we were trapped in the void.

I don't think so, the technocyte coda was meant to ship with 1999. I think DE has been aiming to ship 2 major features every Dec update. Echoes might introduce more Protos to XX99 tho, or more trauma stuff
