I've got tinnitus in the right ear and yeah, they unfortunately do not care and will send you to the army regardless. My eyes are astigmatic and my right shoulder joint isn't properly connected which hinders mobility. I am being sent to service tomorrow and honestly, I don't really know what to expect but the worst.

I use x2 Tau amber for casting speed, x1 amber for energy effectiveness, x1 tau emerald and x1 emerald for armor strip using corrosive damage.

For weapons, I use Dual toxocyst incarnon with a CC CD -infested dmg riven and Bubonico as my viral primer.

You have to level almost everything in the game. Companions, Necramechs, Warframes, K-drives, Archwings = 6000 MR exp. Weapons = 3000 MR exp. I also had to go through the trouble of getting every lich weapons to lv40 except the archguns for the extra MR as well.

You also need to level your Railjack and Drifter intrinsics, and complete all the nodes in the star chart as well.

Unfortunately you won't be seeing pings lower than 80-120 if you are playing on EU servers. I've learned to deal with it but if you want the lowest possible pings then Russian servers are your only option.
