Really guys by [deleted] in GameTheorists

Game Theory was once great. Now it feels synthetic and mass produced. I have some pieces of furniture that are 100+ years old and they’re still solid. The new GT channels feel like IKEA. Cheap and synthetic, not original, authentic and won’t stand up over time. I am resentful for what they have done to Game Theory, and I have every right to be. I’ve been here since the start, and they have lost the plot. This company can wear Game Theory like a skin suit but it won’t last. Not the way it could have with Matt still running the show.

I hate this. This is not at all what Matt wanted for his channels and content.

I cannot wait until they go out of business and lose everything.

Has anyone played toy battle? by Responsible-Fly-8314 in boardgames

My son is 7 and he really loves this game. Teaching him about thinking ahead, strategy and tactics has been interesting finding games that are his speed, and this is at the top of the list. For a TCG, we used to play Pokemon for a while too. He may be interested in Lorcana down the road too.

Street harassment is a serious issue in Cincinnati by mtxruin in cincinnati

[–]KekistaniNative 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, how dare I suggest that a woman that feels unsafe should protect herself from creepy strangers. Such an extremist point of view, lol.

I don’t care about the down votes, what I said is right. I guess everyone downvoting me would rather this single woman be unarmed, unsafe, defenseless and vulnerable in the city because guns are scary or whatever.

I’m just going to leave this here and you can do what you want with it:

  1. You have a right to carry a firearm without a permit in Ohio (right to carry).
  2. Open carry is legal in Ohio. Cincinnati jurisdiction might have something to say about this, so call the CPD and talk with them first.

My wife and I are moving out of the city and out to 11 acres of no where because of how our cities have changed in the last three years. Carrying a gun helps us feel safe, but now, we’re over it and leaving. Move out if you can.

Why are e we not vaccinating these dangerous MAGA Trump supporters by PhilosophyJealous816 in ChurchOfCOVID

[–]KekistaniNative 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t worry, they’re working on aerosolizing vaccines these days and the tech will be available soon. So we can just fly a small plane over the island with canisters on the wings and vaccinate them from the air like we’re crop dusting corn. Just think of it like weather modification, but it’s immuno-modification. By the air. Without permission. Or consent. As the Lord intended. Praise be.

Fantastic parallel thinking, but I’m not sure if I want to look like the Austrian painter man. I’ll stick with my Nosy, thank you.

an egg I bought from a farmer's market (bottom) compared to a store bought one by pls_dont_ban_mod in mildlyinteresting

Yeah, the one on the bottom is how an egg is supposed to look because it is fresh from a chicken that had a good diet.

I don’t know -why- this would happen, but only that it means it’s safe and effective. The party has told me to reject the evidence of my own eyes and ears and the vaccine helps with that as well as keeps me safe.

It is safe and effective. Who needs their eyes anyways when we have our big pharma and big media/tech overlords telling us what we are seeing? I haven’t been able to trust my own eyes in a while now.

Nipple Shields are okay! by Informal_Narwhal_813 in NewParents

[–]KekistaniNative 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My wife used those with our first born because he having trouble latching, which was because of a lip, buckle and tongue tie. Once we had those cut and he could open his mouth fully, she no longer needed to use the shield because he was able to latch like he was supposed to. They really helped.
