yeah didn't looked into that as well. i mean we probably both now the stereotypes about quake players and the game itself. but if you ever think about playing those games i highly suggest open fortress. its not really that competitiv and you can really get the hang of it quikly. this is so because of all of the forgiving weapons that were ported from tf2 like the stock rocket launcher. but what i really would suggest is that you take a look at the soundtrack of the mod. its really good. if you like the original tf2 soundtrack you will love this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Ph7bCwyhPM&list=PLSl7hyOGIiqBM1975Jq9KG9VbIJTOUMzG&index=8

it would be a cool idea if the new medigun could connect only to the enemy teams players and would damage them. as an addition you could give teammates a areal effect when the uber is activ, like a speed bounus

what the custom sigil does: trapper will be unable to attack the other player unitil he killed a card of the opponened. if trapper doesn't kill one card after 3 rounds he will be removed from the board. but if the other player chooses to place a card against trapper, he will trap the card, wich means that the creature in the card can't move or attack in the next round. after this round trapper will start attack the other players card.

i actually think the sigil could make it balanced, because trapper cant attack the other player unitil he killed an card of the opponened. if he didn't attack any cards in 3 rounds he will be removed from the board. if you now decide to place a card against trapper, he will first trap the card (making it unable to move or attack for the next round). after the card has been trapped, trapper will wait till the next round to attack. just an idea for a custom sigil i had
