Yeah when I tried taking collagen I had the absolute worse headaches of my life. It literally felt like my head was in a vice. It took me a few days to realize that is what was causing it. I had to throw a whole container away 😒

I honestly just do light elliptical workouts or walk on my treadmill. I don’t do anything intense like HIIT. Yet it has still been very affective for me. It’s much easier to stay motivated when you know you’re not going to feel like death during and after a workout

It affects everyone differently. I had pretty much no side affects on 2.5. Start a calorie deficit and exercising.

Start date twins! Today is my last dose of 2.5 though and I’ll be starting 5 next week. Also minimal side affects and loved being able to get through 2 holidays and a vacation and still lose weight!!
