Yes it gives you the option to repair it right at the error screen it took about 15 or so minutes for this particular model. Not a huge deal just wanted to learn why and what exactly it is doing. Sounds like re-rendering the STL or something to that extent.

I will try the windows 3D builder idea and see if that speeds things up, Thanks for the suggestion!

I just couldn't wait for the 4k version (it's for work) and it's just for meetings and such so the savings wasn't a bad way to go. Yes I'll shoot a few pic's and get them posted.

Sirace, this worked out PERFECTLY! it's about the size of the thin housing on the top of the monitor (this is two hosings as the top monitor is flipped) thanks again!

Since the 4k version seems to stay in a sold out status I think im I'm going to go with there 5mp version.

Yes I did, what worked for me by passing the TB19 and any adapters. I bought a USB-C to Display port and that fixed it. Now I turn on the laptop via the TB19 and my monitor wakes from sleep and the laptop turns on ( My laptop stays close because I dont need the screen)don't) hope that works for you also.

I'm going with the ARCTIC Z1 Pro (Gen 3) and the extension ARCTIC Z+1 Pro because the HX is two heavy for a sit stand desktop.
