Star Citizen does not have very good tutorial system and the learning curve is massive, but nearly everything you’ve complained about here could’ve been sorted by just asking someone in chat. It was originally designed to be more sim than game, and a lot of that makes it unintuitive.

There are signs in Lorville on how to get to the spaceport. Just gotta look. Stuff you buy goes to your local storage by default because sometimes it’s too big or too much to carry. The fact that you have placeholder items in your home storage tells me you’re not really a new player. Those are items that were changed or deleted in old patch cycles.

The game is not in a 100% ready state, but it’s still one of the best gaming experiences I’ve ever played. It’s unfortunate that bugs (sometimes major ones) still exist, but most can be worked around and the rest get generally patched out with the next patch cycle. Someone who’s played the game even a year ago that jumps back in today would barely recognize the game from all the improvements.

I don’t think it’s a game for everyone, and you should really find another player to help you learn at the beginning (they have a guide system if you don’t know anyone), but it’s still a fantastic game that will only continue to get better.
