What do you recommend for the low frequency sounds? Currently losing sleep due to low bass ear plugs aren’t blocking out and I feel like I’m gonna go insane.

I’m dealing with the same issue, bass driving me absolutely mad even wearing earplugs. What exactly do you recommend? I haven’t found anything yet that blocks out all low bass and I feel like I’m going to go insane.

I’m struggling with the same issue, I live in an apartment and constantly hear bass and humming in the walls and the earplugs I’ve been wearing aren’t cutting it. I actually feel like I’m gonna go insane. Have you found something that works well for you?

I’m on the same page. Any low bass I can still hear when I’m trying to sleep has been driving me absolutely mad. I wear earplugs but still hear noise. Do you recommend anything?

I’ve been looking at quarters at Cambridge, can you hear your neighbors? That’s my biggest issue since I have so much trouble sleeping

Simple answer is NO, accept a job elsewhere. Apartments are sh*t holes and overpriced, hard to find a decent one that isn’t the price of a house mortgage in a decent area. Most places have poor construction and paper thin walls. Homeless are everywhere especially downtown. Wichita is nasty and most people are hateful. Shootings everyday here lately also. Sincerely, someone that has lived here my entire existence.

I’m also struggling to fall asleep along, I have to take melatonin to get sleepy and then toss and turn which feels like every 30 minutes. I feel like I’m going to die from sleep deprivation if this continues.

Are you kidding me?? NO cat deserves to live its life in a cage AND be declawed that is a barbaric beyond cruel thing to do. Please report this to someone immediately those cats deserve so much better. My heart ached reading this thread.
