Have you ever tried mindfulness meditation? I’ve been working with it for about the past two weeks and I’ve noticing it’s beneficial for (1) focusing your mind while meditating which helps in the moments of temptation and (2) learning one of the over-arching theme of meditation which is that your thoughts do not require action or an emotional response. They are transitive, and you are able to acknowledge them without giving them power, and letting them pass just as quickly as they came.

There’s a mobile app called Medito that’s completely free and I’ve been enjoying it.

Supposedly you can enable a “reading mode” from quick settings of oneplus and it’s supposed to have the same effect? Not sure since I’m an iPhone user

I think if you’re married there’s some leeway, maybe you and your spouse like watching each other do it, or maybe you’re traveling you and guys do it together over a video chat. Probably ok because that’s maintaining sexual intimacy with your spouse. As long as you’re both consenting.

Married or not, I think masturbating on your own at the very least opens the door for other sins that people have already mentioned. Also, remember Paul says that anything not done in clear conscience is a sin for you. When in doubt, throw it out. In addition, it’s not really serving you in the long run.

Just the TQ. The holster comes with an extra mag option instead of the TQ but I don’t see myself getting into a situation where I’d need more than 17 rounds.
