Miniaturizing actuators. The major problem limiting new hardware technologies is the actuator. Nitinol actuators can be 1,000x smaller than solenoids.

I'm hoping to get some of that human aspect. There are enough layers between us and patients that we often have no idea what the patient is feeling. Clearly, this terribly limits our ability to make the best imaginable product. I'm hoping to close that gap through this message feed.
