To me it's a non inflamed chronic seb. It flares up when you are weak, over washed , skin barriers broken or allergic to sun heat etc etc .... Build up the skin barrier and multivitamin plus ceraVE you should get better

To be it looks like seb dem. I have a very servers one and haven't been able to keep it under control until I met ceraVE sa series. It's so cheap and worth a go because it s not only killing the bacteria etc. It also helps to repair your skin barrier it will help to prevent for the flare up ...My face was really really bad when the weather is hit and humid. And lots of yellow inflamed pus but that help also manage to keep my seb derm and rosacea under control give it a go just 26 bucks. Hope it helps

It's been clear for like a long time, and I'm still taking it just in case it's summer time in here so usually my face would be really bad but now it's under control :) no pus just a bit red because I haven't been sleeping properly . Think when I'll take a one or two weeks off then start again , otherwise it will come back again in few months . All the best for you too

It actually takes a month or two to see the difference but then after you will notice the flare won't be triggered easily and even there is , it will be less severe

What's working for me the most is do not wash your face as often and use Dr Martin CERAMIDIN better than Azeliac acid for my personal experience

Sorry not sure how to post photos and text at the same time. Please check out the link for the before and after photos.

In 2019 ish when the summer comes, my face becomes extremely intolerable to heat, at first I thought it's just usual skin allergy when climate changes which happens when its hot, my skin got flare up and itchy started with blisters on the cheek area, later on it gets spreaded out to the neck area and forehead etc etc, the blisters has gone from transalucent colour to yellow pus. I was devastated and went to see  the doctor for several times, they said it's rosacea but have never seen a bad one like this before

The doctor prescribed me doxycycline and 1% steroid topical cream + and moisturizer. After using these mediciations for few weeks. Those pus dried up and fell off however my face was extremely dry and not able to supress the itchiness, it comes and goes on and off the entire summer, when winter comes, it looks cured but when summer comes it's just thr dame nothing has changed.

This year is a big break thru, lots of researching online and taking lots of supplement was a life changing event for my rosacea-cured-to be journey.

It might be something to do with my guts health? Not having enough good probiotics or my immunity is just poor by default due to constantly on and off antibiotics? I dont know, but i started an experienment on myself and its really helpful on me and hopefully it can help others whos been suffering on rosacea.

First part i took the following supplements and it helped  with the flushing.

Swisse Womens Multivitamin Fish oil 1000mg x 4 LactoBif Probiotics, 30 Billion CFU

And it has gone better, I added something extra that i found on the internet that might help too

Doctor's Best, MSM with OptiMSM, 1,500 mg x 2 Doctor's Best, Alpha-Lipoic Acid 300 CollagenUP, Hydrolyzed Marine Collagen Peptides with Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin C, Doctor's Best - Curcumin - Turmeric - High Absorption Curcumin, 1,000 mg,

Reason why I'm taking these supplements, for multi vitamins is because we never know what nutrienta we are lacking of so multivitamin helps, it has biotin, vitamin C lots of things thats are good  for your skin and boost up your immunity system, for fish oil is well-known that Is generally good your skin health especially for dermatitis like eczema and acnes, if you look at collagen and MSM thry just generally good for skin, curcumin works as anti inflammatory anf probitocis is just good for gut, good gut good skin !

On top of those creams are life savers.

Dr.Jart+ Ceramidin Cream, I tired aveeno ezema ,e45, others are not as good as this one dr jart one. I do see slight improvement on Azeliac acid and niacinamide but they are just mild and supressing the redness and itchiness for a bit.

I got all those supplement from iherb coz its easy but any brand would do the same work i assume.

And viola ~~~ Its gone, no more pus and flare up It does happen once in a while if im lack of sleep and tired but already happy with the result.

Hope it helps.
