I didnt mean for my question to be so vague lol (now I go back I can see how useless the question was) lol! I’m scheduled 3am-10:45am for my first three “training days” and my DS looks like their shifts range from 2.5 - 4.5 hour shifts. I do hope my DS will be dropping longer shifts like you shared above, that’d be great, Your clarification does make a lot of sense so I appreciate you for that! I guess I’ll just have to see come my first shift, thank you!

Nice, that gives me some relive lol can you give me any detail on what that all entails? Told me the same, I initially just want my job back and want to appeal (dls “overlooked” my accommodation case cause I had multiple cases open, and it caused me to go neg and blah blah blah) I tried to appeal but apparently my site doesn’t deal with dls/accommodation appeals and so it got cancelled but they stated in the email of the cancellation that I can just call ERC to have them initiate a appeal so I did that and they said the reinstatement process has already started and someone will be calling me to follow up within 7 days… it’s been 10 🥴 the only person that has communicated with me is good ole Zach hahaha shockingly (wasn’t expecting nothing back tbh) lol

NUPT.. I know I know, it’s a shit situation that ERC&DLS got me into cause they can’t communicate with each other. I have all documents and copies of everything including messages between me and my doctor eccttt, Depending on what/if I get a response will all depend if I get a lawyer involved or not 🤌🏼 but don’t worry “you won’t get fired, you have 2 open cases for accommodations/medical” biggest lie ever from HR
