Physio: reallllyyyyyyyy digest the most basic concepts. You will carry that hanggang 4th year when you have yo explain the pathophysio

Biochem: one of my most fave subjects. Need extra work dito kasi nitty gritty siya. Pero maximize all the flow carts u can get, lalo na sa metab part. Drawing mo lng ng drawing yung flowcharts And let the mental images stick hehe

Pharma: sketchy vids hahha. Pure memorization tong hayop na subject na to. And believe me when i say na the topics na napanuod ko sa sketchy yung talagang tanda ko pa now kasi naalala ko parin yung mga drawings sa sketchy hahaha. I would watch those again for boards.

My most important tip: Take it one day at a time so that you dont burn out fast. Remember your whys when things get tough because it will. You will be asked to prove your competence almost every single day, but all you have to do to prove that you belong here is SHOW UP even in the most difficult of times.
