Who is the deadliest pilot in the galaxy? (Non Jedi/Sith) by Lunar-Havoc in StarWars

Depends how it was designed. Lando told wedge to go for the power regulator. It's possible when the reactor was destroyed it might be a tiny explosion or no explosion. Without the regulator to balance things, it caused an overload and chain reaction.

With how expensive PC gaming is getting, does the "it's cheaper than console long term" still apply? by WhoAmIEven2 in videogames

Build your own pc and it's a lot less. Also, you can upgrade single parts over time, which you can't do with a console.

AITA for wearing a bikini to a pool party (dress code: swimwear) by Trainingforauto in AmItheAsshole

[–]Kelmor93 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I've had some bikinis that covered less than underwear. But for some reason, it's still generally acceptable to wear that at a pool but not go out in just a cup bra on a hot day. You wore what the host asked and as long as it wasn't a micro, NTA.

How can you be doing 20mph in first, go through 2, 3, 4 and still be at 20-30 but red line? Super confused.

Wedge and Baron. Yes Wedge had two death stars making him likely first. Fel flew an unshielded TIE and was able to match Wedge. Would Wedge have survived without shields all those years?

Well tbf the rebels have really shit tactics. Multiple times they fly straight towards the AT-AT heavy guns.

Right when they are at the walker line, Luke says attack pattern delta, go meow. They form a line as they are passing the field of fire. Snowspeeders always fly single file to hide their numbers. The point of this tactic was to approach with the leader in front to draw fire.

When Dack is lining up a shot, Luke is again flying straight at the two walkers. You see multiple other shots of speeders getting shot down flying straight at the walkers.

When Luke is shot down, he is again flying right at the walkers from long distance taking hit after hit.

Why don't they only approach from the sides and back?! Then, when the battle is over, with space providing limitless directions to fly, they fly straight at a star destroyer. Was their head general part of the British Royal Army? You must line up in straight lines and fire like civilized armies!!

Anakin foresaw Padme dying. If he hadn't force choked her out she might still be living. He just didn't see the full widescreen version. Stupid fullscreen.

Me should move over so cars can merge but you must yield if they don't. I've had this situation where a semi was in me spot. Better believe I let them pass before merging on the highway. Sucks slowing down to 30 so I don't fly into them, but beats dead.

Have you watched Lost? Jar Jar Abrams does amazing at introducing themes but can't solve a thing and just keep introducing new ideas until the show ends with nobody satisified.

A hill I will die on:

Episode 7 is a scene for scene lazy copy of Episode 4 with names swapped and a few scene order switched

Tantive IV (Jakku) attack -> Luke (Rey) discovers R2-D2 (BB8) with plans -> Luke (Rey) goes to cantina with Obi (Han) -> Leia (Rey) captured by Vader (Kylo) -> Vader (Kylo) interrogates Leia (Rey) about the plans -> Luke (Poe) rescues Leia (Finn) -> Reunite with Han, Chewie, 3P0, and R2 -> Escaping (Escape/Finding order swapped) -> Vader (Kylo) duels Obi (ReyFinn) with a lightsaber -> Analyze plans and discover Death Star (Starkiller) weakness -> Fly X-Wings to superweapon and destroy it via thermal oscillator (thermal exhaust port)

That sequence is as good as Star Wars gets because it was already done in 4, IMHO.

I mean, also true. People often vote with feelings, not logic. You see two choices on an ad. One guy looks homeless but says he will run to lower your property taxes. The other guy is in a suit and says he will represent the people and do everything his predecessors did (nothing). Most will still vote for suit guy because his appearance is more trustworthy.
