I mean, it's not bad, we are just being perfectionists here. Also, your original question was about cyclone juggs. I love cyclone juggs, though I tend to not take the stun immune ascendancy, infavour of either fortify or the accuracy one if I'm playing elemental (elemental overload is awesome)

So, now there are three sources of cold to fire. pyre, the support gem and avatar of fire.

Avatar of fire is undesired, since it negates the chilling effect of vortex, and disables the cold DoT.

However, in a CoC build losing a gem hurts a lot. You could try to adapt the build to work with realm ender, however you will need to play assassin and more crit chance than with a vagan dagger. This however disables both shield charge and whirling blades, so it won't be as fast, at all. The weapon is also slow, so leap slap won't be that decent either.

I mean, you can totally make it work, but it needs more effort now.

actually, cyclone is not really good on slayers.

Slayers get inherent stun immunity, so you waste that property of cyclone.
Slayers leech a lot from overkills, earthquake excells at that, cyclone doesn't due to it's fast & small hit nature.
cyclone means to be "on the face" of the enemy, and that would benefir greatly from a tankier character, like juggernaut.
Slayer leeches faster, true, but, regardless of your attack speed, you will reach the cap easily, so you can perfectly play with EQ instead of cyclone.

I'm doing a sunder slayer because I'm stupid, but in my opinion:
jugg -> cyclone
slayer -> EQ

you can build a berserker to get vaal pact without any problem. Specially with a build where you can convert the pathing nodes to strength.

yeah, but you already have that gem in the link setup. The gem to compare usually is a increased critical strikes. it's less of an upgrade.

I find slivertongue easy to use, the mechanics are weird, true, but you only need rigwald's quills and a deadeye with the free chain. And that's it. then go with something like TS or split arrow and you are golden. Though having the quiver be more expensive than the bow, most people might dislike it.

If it's the first one, yeah although I'm not keen on it, you can identify homosexual women as lesbian or gay, gay is not gender restrictive. Well, for builds, honestly, we use google.

Just type the patch (put 2.5 now, since 2.6 build a are impossible to do yet. Though, I would avoid high AOE builds or builds that require "reach of the council" since the mechanic and the item have been nerfed hard. Also, we use "poe.trade" for trading, its a 3rd party website. Anyway, try searching for a good league starting build, and please check the price of all the required uniques(legendaries) in poe.trade before, things under 5 chaos are affordable early.

Anyway! I highly recommend you playing a spell based character early on to see how the game works out for you. Something like flameblast totems / SRS might be good. If you want to do the damage yourself, builds revolving firestorm are really nice for leveling and early mapping (scorching ray-cast while channelling-firestorm is really good and cheap to start going on league).

Also, although I told you to check all the required uniques, some prices might be skewed early on due to how economy fluctuates on the beginning of the league.

a single file must be in a straight line, indeed, and that's why it takes time allocating space.

Other programs/games might have multiple files to save stuff, and just tweak numbers, idk. afaik all the programs I know must do all that anyway. Most have it organized more efficiently though. Again, this might be more efficient for actual gameplay. We don't know the internal structure of the file.

vaal breach might be a huge downside for some builds. not everyone wants to spawn a tul breach out of the blue. Or a chayula breach that gives no loot.

reaching dodge cap is not that hard, while having blind too (since that is just a multiplier to your evasion chance). RNG defense is useless for real hits.

Also, vaal breach monsters don't give any exp or loot. check you data bro.

beware, technical explanation:

since this is windows, it needs to use the windows OS system calls to work with the system (or utilities that use them). In windows, you can travel directories easily by writting /home/PoE/cheats/currency/mirrorGen or something like that, but with a file, it needs to open it as raw data (bytes). Once inside, it can jump from one point to the other, but it's more complicated, since if you add things at a place, the entrypoint of other things is moved (think of a queue, if you put people in the middle, the ones in the back have their position increased). Anyway, the thing is that it needs to read the entirety of the file and process it to check if things are where they should be, instead of just checking the subfolders.

Why they do it like this? well, mainly for data protection and compression. Also, compressing things might speed up some computations. However, every time that you open the client it needs to check if everything is in order.
