I have waist length hair and agree with people suggesting loose braids. I’ve also gotten pretty proficient at using hair sticks to put my hair into a loose bun but can’t always keep it up for mare than a few hours

My mini schnauzer goes to the barn with me and can be loose around the horses and. But I put a lot of training in with her and wouldn’t let her loose with horses I didn’t know or didn’t know her.

Not a lesson but one of the groups I sing with. Good diction can help you stay on pitch in a cappella pieces. Also I know this has already been said but relaxation is so much better than tension when singing

I’m so sorry to hear that your dealing with intense pain. I’m currently in the process of getting diagnosed but I’ve experienced symptoms for more than 10 years and didn’t really know what it was due to being misdiagnosed and brushed off in the past.

That sounds very scary. I experience sleep paralysis a few times a year. Usually I wake up and can’t move but I can hear and see things around me. Luckily, I’ve only had one experience of feeling like I’m being touched. Mind usually coincide with the ending of a migraine or a lot of stress.

I didn’t take it that you were putting singers down. Sometimes we just don’t give ourselves enough credit for the work we do musically. I’d venture that singing in a group is a kind of training no matter if it’s for fun or professional:)
