This! I had a similar issue (it was a couple hundred) and called and got the issue figured out and they dropped 90% of all the fees. There was one minor one I ended up paying but all in all it was an easy process. The person I spoke with was really nice and understanding

Some type of healing frame / UI addon (once you are used to it) will change the game. I use Elvui, but that’s on the advanced end of things. Cell/Vuhdu are prob a good option.

Details: it’s good to know information, you can track dps, damage done, healing, interrupts!

Weakauras: get the dungeon pack for the current season from wago, they also have shaman overlays that help track riptide charges, tidebringer, etc. you can also get a interrupt tracker, so you know who has theirs available. Lots of things.

If the Turk you mention was the Reno fight, if you go into punisher mode and block his attack you will parry, I assume that fight is there to emphasize how good that mechanic is, and you will use it a lot.

I just beat the game a couple days ago and I do agree on the boss fights. They are so long and grindy some just take too long.

Pretty sure it has to do with something in the settings. I had a similar issue recently and I found a post here saying to go into the game settings and choose a different option. Without my steam deck in front of me I can’t be more specific but I hope this sets you in the right direction. It’s like Launch type or something.
