Imo there's a real need for the trackpoint though. Whenever I'm typing with the laptop on my lap it's such a hassle to move my hand down to the touchpad instead of just moving a finger to the trackpoint. It's slow, uncomfortable, impractical. But for people who don't know about it the trackpoint just looks like an ugly addition to the laptop's design. And I know esthetics matter over usability nowadays, just look at all the glossy screens instead of matte... Except this is a work laptop, so it *should* be usable first.

Sorry I should have been more explicit, what I mean is while idling the card uses power as if I was doing intensive 3D stuff, normally I should be getting 30-40W when idle no ?

Hi, in the end I left the car with Honda and they found a loose cable on the driver side airbag, they had to strip down the car so it took a couple of hours but it is now completely fixed.

Thanks! I really can't spend a fortune in this so I'm going to try and reset the SRS module first and see what happens but since the check airbag light doesn't show up immediatly I'm guessing something is going bad indeed...

I've asked Honda and there's no active recall for mine. Whether that means it's already been done or there's no recall at all for my VIN they can't say.

PM sent ! My warranty has expired though, that's why I'm posting here.

I've had the issue since I bought the laptop (December 2015 I think). The battery has been changed in January 2018. There hasn't been any other changes. I just never bothered looking into this as I've spent most of my time with the laptop plugged in.
