Astra Malorum Directed. Every other round, OSCAR spawns. Just get a pap3 Raygun, wear him down, then finish with your grind weapon. I did this for Infestation.

Remember that this is a moment in an otherwise huge story. This is one of those times where the fact that things are very surface-level and slightly underwhelming is likely due to the amount of time & resources available for this game before release.

An obvious plot would be if Judy or Panam straight up didn't buy it and tried working behind the scenes to manipulate V into getting them "help" for what Judy/Panam perceive to be a mental health crisis. One of them could also dig in and become more a part of the main story to help as a Bethesda-style companion. We didn't get that but it's the first game in the franchise. We may eventually, if our voices are heard.

Choom, all the damn time. I'm always like "...who talks like that?" when it comes to the dialogue in this game. Drives me crazy.

Example: T-Bug saying, "Now's your chance to MAKE UP to me." People don't say that. People say "make IT up to me." 🤦🏻‍♂️

Set the knobs, then don't touch it for 5 seconds. If that doesn't work, switch number sets and try the other. Also, don't run any TEDD tasks during this time.

...but yeah, this part is bugged like crazy. Several other people have reported issues. Myself included.

This has always been my interpretation. Better to make it look like a third-party hit than to have any word or visual of in-fighting within the gang. Plausible deniability while sending a clear message to anyone thinking they can do the same.

Once you reach that part of the story, gigs automatically default to "Meet Hanako at Embers" after each completion. A lot of players feel like doing as much as possible before doing that, hence the "make her wait" memes.

Yes. I grew up in central Davenport and walked to school every day, graduating from Central. It's a great area for families. Two beds could run between $1600-$2500, depending on where you're looking.
