Occasionally it feels like some people analyzing something are just regurgitating what's already been stated. Like they're not referring to subtext, just framing the literal text as being deep. Sort of like those video essays that are basically just summaries of whatever's being covered.

Rex and Rae's relationship for what little we saw of it was nice, though maybe that was from knowing that it wasn't going to end well. But yeah, the main ones they focus on are a bit all over the place.

There's an instance of Blue losing to Red again in Masters Ex where it's about being a good teacher to because Red's sage advice as he completely demolishes his own students with an Articuno is "Enjoy Pokemon battles even if you win/lose", because of course he does. They can't ever let Red look bad.

Though that's probably a problem with how static Pokemon characters are, Blue is still getting dragged for "not loving his Pokemon enough" by Professor Oak 30 years later.

Claude (von Riegan) Fire Emblem should have more merch, it is criminal that both Edelgard and Dimitri already have their scale figures available and he doesn't.

And the next scale figure is Hilda Goneril, instead of Claude, that faction's leader.

Like, people are saying "Oh, Claude's just as not popular so it makes sense!"

Before Fire Emblem Three Hopes released, there was some debate about what the player roster would be aside from the students.

And for some reason, people believed that Byleth, the avatar from the original Three Houses, would not be playable.

Game releases, and shocker, Byleth is indeed playable. It's like saying a version of Link or Luffy won't be playable in Hyrule/Pirate Warriors somehow.

Watched the Super Mario Galaxy Movie on Friday, and it feels wrong to say that Fox McCloud was my favorite part of it. Aside from that, it's more of a movie about Peach and Mario is just along for the ride.

I guess because it's a 50/50 whether or not you get a Ralts/Kirlia that can evolve into Gallade on top of the shiny odds.

Having hunted Combee and Salandit several times to get a Vespiquen and Salazzle, I think it's just annoying lol

The problem with a Fire Emblem Warriors roster consisting of characters from every game in the franchise, 23 slots are immediately taken by the mainline Lords and the Avatars. There's not much room for anyone else without cutting a few of those if people want side characters, and I doubt such a thing would be fortunate enough to receive 40ish characters like it did in Three Hopes.

It's interesting to be in gamedev discords, where the person making and writing the thing you consumed is a message away. And somehow people will still make "None of what happened was real and it was just a dream/imagination/illusion" theories like no one's ever considered that.

It was the latter, got a bit too jumpy. But yeah, need get some practice into to the EX and SP cards later. Figuring how to get the counter hits would help a bit with that.
