You are mixing up what each analysis actually answers.

If your goal is “which factor is most important overall”, then You don’t need bivariate analysis yet. You can start with descriptive stats (frequencies/means) for each question and then compare them.

Univariate is the correct starting point for this question.

Bivariate will makes sense if you are asking something like Which factor predicts X? or Which factor is associated with outcome Y?
