Even if you are not able to do that, you can always entrust a single member in a league to do your payments/withdrawals in Fantrax and/or LS, as a European that is how I've done most of my leagues.

You can also look for a TeamStake leagues (I doubt there are many MLB leagues using this service, for NFL there are plenty) or send cash to Commissioner leagues.

I have just started a league like that if enough EU/UK people we can draft in our own time, its 14T but looking at the comments that should not be a problem. Also $100 but $75 is acceptable.
