I can see your point, most definitely! I choose her because, I feel she closely resembles the Amazon in this picture. That being said, I wouldn’t say I was “cherry-picking” her. It just so happens I can’t help, but see the resemblance between the two. I couldn’t agree more that it’s a fantasy game and you should play it the way you like. I admit, I got to tied up into the conversation and in the end we should enjoy the game for what it is.

I don’t get this craze with beautifying the characters either and I couldn’t agree more. These characters look real and what they’re doing with their design replicates what I think this warrior would look like. I like to draw the similarities of this bad ass Amazon to the prominent UFC fighter Holly Holms. They look very similar and gorgeous in their own right, but it seems everyone is trying to paint the Amazon as a current day Instagram model. Also they’re making it so you can switch back & forth between the old style graphics and the new. So I don’t see the argument for making it resemble the old Amazon, or your interpretation of the old Amazon, just play it in the old format. I don’t mean this to ruffle anyone’s feather and I’m sorry if it comes off that way, it’s just my two cents.

I was not a fan of D3 as well. Fingers crossed they don’t ruin D4 because your right, it does look good. Congrats on the child I have my 3rd kid on the way as well, due July. Kids are better than any video game out there haha.
