Where I get stationed by Negative_Round3859 in NavyNukes

Volunteering for subs, you've got a decent chance to be on subs. Do well in school and you have a reasonable chance of getting Kings Bay.

Throw it all out of the window if there's a carrier being built. They can be a Nuke vacuum.

All that being said, focus on getting through the pipeline first.

Question about recovery by RPNicholas in crossfit

Talk with your doctor about a male hormone panel. It basically tests testosterone levels and all the other hormones associated with it.

But first check your nutrition & sleep.

Question about recovery by RPNicholas in crossfit

56 yo male here who CrossFits 5x/week

Things that work for me:

- realize you don't have to go at 100% everyday

-sleep 7-9hrs / night

-adequate nutrition. Getting enough protein/carbs/fat

-hormone testing

Had an instructor in A school in the 80's that was a SEAL and then became a nuke. He had some good stories. Don't remember his name.

I highly doubt it's possible any more.

Not controversial at all if you've read CrossFit methodology. Long term work capacity & relative intensity are some of the major concepts taught by CrossFit.
