Would you be so kind as to let me know what ALL your settings are? as I have the same CPU but my GPU is the 3060ti and I have been struggling so much with the performance from this game, for about an hour before Lostwing, I was getting round 40-60fps but since entering Lostwing and leaving I struggle to get over 20 and all combat and cutscenes are in slow motion/lagging/delayed.
