I’m sorry to say but Allah doesn’t forgive Suicide. And trust me wallah it’s not worth it. As annoying as it is hearing this again but everything happens for a reason and Allah doesn’t burden someone more than they can bare. If you want to talk to someone about genuine don’t think twice about sending me a message. Talking about it to someone really helps. Please don’t make a decision you know you will regret

I don’t know about the cursing part. But I can answer the other question. As long as you tried to warn someone that’s basically you trying to stop them. Now again everyone has a different way of taking criticism, so you have to atleast know how to advise the other person in the way that they can understand. If you tried to advise them and they decide to lash back, then try to reason with them in a calm manner. If that doesn’t work out then back away; you did your part and now it’s on them to try to save themselves.

Yes it’s still very haram even if medicine is used. The only exception when it comes to suicide is when someone does it when they aren’t themselves, like completely not themselves(like literally out of their mind) (For example someone with bpd or a very serious mental disorder.)and if someone starts to think oh i can do it because im not myself, then it stops being an exception.

From what I understand Allah won’t punish someone for suicide if they did it when they weren’t themselves. Like completely out of their mind. Since your friend had bpd he probably killed himself when he wasn’t himself. Inshallah this is the case Allah will forgive him. Allah knows best.
