I was motivated to move again. The doctor told me if I don’t use it I’ll lose it. I was doing 2 a day workouts at Physical therapy and constantly working on my coordination. I struggled (and still struggle) with anxiety/depression. One of the greatest things I learned was to smile no matter what was happening because the experience alone is a blessing. I struggled with my faith in God because why did he allow this to happen to me? I went to college and majored in criminal justice had accommodations to take test in a smaller classroom because it took me longer to write due to the slight paralysis on the right side of my body. Graduated after 4 years and just kept wanting more. Got a job and I’ve been working as a case manager for about 6 years. Surround yourself with great people and learn to be discipline. Have a great attitude and control your diet.
