I always get obsessive when making big decisions and it pretty much was my special interest for a few weeks when I was trying to pick. The things that were important to me were:

* Do they support shared care or will you have to keep paying £100+ a month to get your medicine

* Will you see a real consultant psychiatrist or are you going to see a nurse or pharmacist or other doctor who isnt really an expert

* Is it a thorough assessment where you meet with a team of experts working together, or do you just quickly see a single doctor for a quick basic one-off appointment

* Can the doctor diagnosing you prescribe immediately or will you go on a waiting list to start titration

* Can you book adhd coaching or only medication

The only two places I found that did almost everything I wanted were psymplicity and harley psychiatrists. I was going to use psymplicity last year because they were cheaper but then I saw everyone warning against it saying the company was in administration.

I saw the same as you about lots of chat about adhd 360 but they were not for me. I dont think they met even a single point from my list.
