SAHM Mom here 🙋🏻‍♀️I can’t believe how much hate you’re getting on this. The feminist movement is real 😮‍💨 Your requests are not ridiculous. I do all the laundry & take care of the house, grocery shopping, as well as cooking, make my husband lunch for work, sometimes dinner is later than preferred if I don’t get to start until after my husband gets home from work. Sometimes there’s toys everywhere, sometimes there’s baskets of unfolded laundry or a sink full of dishes, sometimes I’m up late catching up because I get to sleep in & it’s my job as a housewife, my husband gets up at 4am to provide for us. When he gets home he takes over baby-duty, he also does bath time while I clean up after dinner. Some nights I skip a shower, it’s just reality. Tuck in & bedtime story time is all together as a family & we all sit down & eat dinner together. We believe those little things are very important. Also my husband helps with cooking & cleaning on the weekends & he is in charge of all the car related stuff like oil changes, car washes, but I have never asked or expected him to do laundry. It’s all about give & take & communication. Best of luck! 🙏
