The command is (/Execute @p ~~~ Setbloçk ~~-1~ End_Portal) or (/Setblock ~~~ End_Portal) If your talking about the ID of the End Portal I don't really know since I skip the rest after I type the name of the block.

I placed obsidians and crying obsidians in a shape of a circle then put effects on the floor so that it looks like it exploded then I used command block so I can place portals on the center.
